- Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Harrisville will hold the Regular Council Meeting on Tuesday, November 24, 2009 at the Harrisville City Hall, 363 W. Independence Blvd. which will begin at 7:00 p.m. The Agenda shall be as follows: Call to Order & Welcome – Mayor Hendrix Invocation & Pledge of Allegiance – Council Member Richins CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS A. Approval of minutes from Council Meeting held November 10, 2009. AGENDA ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION/ACTION 1. Discussion/action on sewer storm water rebate for the Cottages. – Kent Jones 2. Discussion/action on partial conditional acceptance on Golf Crest Subdivision Phase 2. – Gene Bingham/Bill Morris 3. Discussion/action on 2009 Natural Hazard Pre-Disaster Mitigation Plan Resolution 2009-13. – Bill Morris 4. Public Comments. 5. Mayor/Council Follow-up. 6. Adjournment Posted at City Hall, faxed and emailed to neighboring cities, Weber County Library, Ogden Standard Examiner, posted on the Utah Public Notice Website, and delivered to each member of the governing body this 19th day of November, 2009.
