- Notice of Public Hearing The Nibley City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a plat for the Jim Anderson Lot Split, located at approximately 3600 South 450 West. The hearing will be held Wednesday, January 14, 2015, at 5:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard. Additionally, the Nibley City Council will hold a public hearing on the same plat on Thursday, January 22, 2015, at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard.
