HURRICANE CITY COUNCIL MEETING AMENDED AGENDA November 19, 2009 5:00 P.M. 147 N 870 W Notice is hereby given that the Hurricane City Council will hold a Regular Meeting in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 147 N 870 W, Hurricane, UT. (ADJOURN INTO MUNICIPAL BUILDING AUTHORITY) CONSIDERATION FOR ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF NOT MORE THAN $2,600,000 AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF LEASE REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 2010, OF THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING AUTHORITY OF HURRICANE CITY, UTAH; FIXING THE MAXIMUM AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF THE BONDS, THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF YEARS OVER WHICH THE BONDS MAY MATURE, THE MAXIMUM INTEREST RATE WHICH THE BONDS MAY BEAR, AND THE MAXIMUM DISCOUNT FROM PAR AT WHICH THE BONDS MAY BE SOLD; PROVIDING FOR THE PUBLICATION OF A NOTICE OF BONDS TO BE ISSUED AND A NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING; PROVIDING FOR THE RUNNING OF A CONTEST PERIOD; AND RELATED MATTERS. – Clark Fawcett 7.
