Notice is hereby given that the Wellsville City Planning Commission shall conduct 3 public hearings as part of its regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. and shall be conducted in the following order: 1. Receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Jennifer J. Chambers for a conditional use for a Level 1 "Home Occupation" for a preschool at her home at 67 West 1450 South 2. Receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Sherwood Hills Recovery Resort at 7877 South Highway 89/91 to increase their current conditional use capacity from 65 clients to a conditional use with a capacity of 97 clients 3. Receive public input, then consider for approval a Concept Plan for the JJD Subdivision, consisting of a total of 2 residential building lots, on property on the South side of 400 North at approx. 160 East (the North end of the old cheese plant property).
