NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison Valley Swimming Pool Committee will hold a Meeting on Monday, December 15, 2014 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, beginning at 5:15 p.m. 1) Pool Jam Report ~Stacey Reid, Pool Committee Member 2) Mayfield City Report 3) CUCF~ Devon Blood, Deputy Warden 4) Discuss Pool Manager Position 5) Discuss Pool Committee Involvement in Hiring New Pool Manager 6) Additional items 7) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-5(1)(a) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (i) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; and (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation.
