NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, November 17, 2009 at the Gunnison City Hall, 34 East 100 North, beginning at 7:00 p.m. 1) 7:00 p.m. Proposed Approval of Temporary Use Permits for Wasatch Environmental 2) Proposed Approval of City Council Meeting Minutes for November 4, 2009- both regular and closed sessions 3) 7:30 p.m. – Proposed Approval of Ordinance 2009-3 Granting an Electric Utility Franchise and General Utilities Easement to Rocky Mountain Power 4) Proposed Approval of Resolution 2009-14 Amending Garbage Collection Fees 5) Industrial Park – Signage and other Issues 6) Canvass 2009 Election 7) Identification of Issues to be Included on Future Agendas 8) Bills and Adjustments 9) Closed Session 10) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-5(1)(a) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (i) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; and (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435) 528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice.
