MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville City Council will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, December 18, 2014, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting shall begin at 6:30 P.M. with the agenda as follows: CITY COUNCIL MEETING – THURSDAY, DECEMBER 18, 2014 – 6:30 P.M. 1. Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Review of Business Licenses: 4. Discussion/action on 2015 Meeting Schedule. 5. Presentation of the Annual Independent Audit. 6. Discussion/action on acceptance of the Annual Independent Audit. 7. Discussion/action on Resolution 2014-K entering the Utah Transportation Coalition. 8. Presentation of Annual Awards. 9. Adjourn until January 20, 2015. 10. 7:00 P.M. Convene Christmas Party with Planning Commission and volunteers. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND NOTICE The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, hereby certifies that the above notice and agenda was sent via facsimile to the Ogden Standard-Examiner. The notice and agenda was posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website, delivered to the mayor, council members, and posted in three (3) public places within Marriott-Slaterville City on or about December 11, 2014. These public posting places being: 1) Municipal Complex, 2) Chevron on 400 North, and 3) America First Credit Union at 12th and 12th. Items not meeting deadlines are omitted from the agenda. BECKY L.
