Ogden, UT 84405 AGENDA December 11, 2014 6:00pm Agenda Item Time Required 1) Set meeting dates set for 2015 i) Meeting minutes, October 9, 2014, are available for vote. ii) Three names forwarded to Mayor to fill Ken Burton position 5 2) Update on $300,000 Utah State Feasibility Grant & General Operations a. Bidders returned packages to Ogden, September 26, 2014 b. Committee has reviewed and sent to legal c. Runway seal coat and painting next 30 days d. Reviewing 5 year engineer proposals, E-mail sent to Advisory Board 12/1 for input e. Borsight Building time line 10 3) Update on Title 8 parking 5 4) Training classes and two year renewals, September-December 5 5) Allegiant Scheduling 5 a. Mesa flights from Allegiant (scheduled until August 2015) 6) Ogden Tower operations put it in the top 10 towers nationwide for increased percentage, 32.5%, operations over previous year. 5 7) Enforcement Issues: a. FAA Hangar issues 5 b. Badging, Hangar, and land rental issues 10 c. Year end land rental notices going out in 30 days 5 8) Old Tower restoration discussion a. Group interested in parameters 5 b.
