MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville Planning Commission will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, November 18, 2014, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting promptly begins at 7:00 p.m., the agenda is as follows: PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 18, 2014 - 7:00 P.M. 1. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Discussion/action on minor lot subdivision for one lot at 1460 W 400 North by Barry Panter. 4. Public hearing: Discussion/action on zoning map amendment at 1554 South 1200 West from A-1 to C-2P by Ty Martinez. 5. Discussion/action on public hearing. 6. Discussion/action on commercial site plan at 1554 South 1100 West by Ty Martinez. 7. Commission and staff follow-up. 8. Adjourn. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND NOTICE The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, hereby certifies that the above notice and agenda was sent via facsimile to the Ogden Standard-Examiner. The notice and agenda was posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website, delivered to the commissioners, and posted in three (3) public places within Marriott-Slaterville City on or about November 13, 2014. These public posting places being: 1) Municipal Complex, 2) Chevron on 400 North, and 3) America First Credit Union at 12th and 12th. Items not meeting deadlines are omitted from the agenda.
