- HARRISVILLE CITY COUNCIL MEETING November 10, 2009 Work Session to be held at 6:30 pm a. Review of Heritage Days Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Harrisville will hold the Regular Council Meeting on Tuesday, November 10, 2009 at the Harrisville City Hall, 363 W. Independence Blvd. which will begin at 7:00 P.M. The Agenda shall be as follows: Call to Order, Welcome Pledge of Allegiance – Council member Fowers Opening Ceremony – Council member Fowers CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS: a. Approval of agenda. b. Approval of minutes from Council Meeting held October 27, 2009. AGENDA ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION/ACTION 1. Discussion and/or approval of Ordinance #413, an ordinance of Harrisville City, Utah, adding section 1.02.060 regarding temporary exemptions; amending chapter 11.03 relating to land use permits, building permits, and occupancy permits; making technical changes; severability; and providing an effective date – Bill Morris. 2. Discussion of proposal submitted by GameTime for playground addition – Bruce Richins. 3. Discussion/action on final acceptance on Owens Subdivision – Gene Bingham. 4. Discussion/action on conditional acceptance with partial items on Golf Crest Subdivision Phase 2 – Gene Bingham. 5. Update on Safe Routes to School grant – Bill Morris. 6. Convene Board of Canvassers and discussion/action of canvass 2009 Municipal Elections. 7. Discussion of Eric Hildebrandt Property – Gene Bingham. 8. Public Comments. 9. Mayor/Council Follow-up. Adjournment
