Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Wellsville City Council will hold a special City Council meeting on Saturday, November 8, 2014 at 8:00 a.m. at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. The agenda is as follows: 1. Roll call 2. Opening ceremony 3. Approval of the agenda 4. Leave the City Offices to review various locations discussed by the Council for the construction of City Capital facilities, then return back to the City offices. 5. Workshop on the pros and cons of the various location for the needed capital facilities 6. Possible decision on purchase of real property discussed in previous executive sessions 7. Possible decision of the locations for needed capital facilities 8. Possible decision of capital facilities the City will proceed to construct and possible funding sources.
