GUNNISON CITY PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING NOVEMBER 19, 2014 GUNNISON CITY HALL VACATION OF PART RIVER BEND SUBDIVISION PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Gunnison City Planning Commission will conduct a Public Meeting at 6:00PM, Wednesday, November 19, 2014, Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center Street, Gunnison, Utah 84634 for the purpose of receiving comment and considering an Application for the Vacation of Part the River Bend Subdivision (generally identified as Phase 2 and Phase 3) and located in the vicinity of 500 South Street and 400 East Street, Application submitted by John Mogle and Kasey Petersen. All those interested in this item are encouraged to attend the meeting and participate in the Public Hearing. Additional information, including a map identifying the Part of the River Bend Subdivision proposed to be vacated is available by contacting Janell Braithwaite, City Recorder, at Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center Street, Gunnison, Utah 84634 during regular business hours. In compliance with the ADA, those citizens in need of assistance may contact City Offices at 435-528-7969 at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled meeting.
