Description/Agenda: The Nibley City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a request to amend the Plat for Phase 2 of the Stonebridge subdivision, a cluster subdivision located at approximately 2980 South 1200 West in Nibley. The public hearing will be held Wednesday, October 29, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard and will be held at the Nibley City Hall, 455 West 3200 South, Nibley. This public hearing had previously been scheduled for October 15, 2014 but because of a conflict with the schedules of Planning Commissioners, has been rescheduled. A brief explanation of the proposed change: The developer is requesting that the open space originally approved and platted as being between Lots 50 and 51 and Lots 108 and 109 be eliminated and that the acreage (approx. 1/3 acre) be absorbed into the adjoining lots.
