Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday November 5, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. at the Payson City Center in the City Council Chambers, 439 West Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input on a request by Jeff Southwick to amend the Payson City Zoning Map that will affect Utah County parcel 30-059-0063 located at approximately 150 West 800 South. The property is currently zoned R-1-9, Residential and it is proposed that the zone be changed to the R-1-75 Zone. The applicant is also requesting approval of the RMO-2 Overlay Zone to construct five (5) four-plex structures (total of 20 units) on the parcel. Additional information regarding the proposed amendments may be obtained by calling the Development Services Department at (801) 465-5214.
