NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, November 4, 2009 at the Gunnison City Hall, 34 East 100 North, beginning at 7:00 p.m. 1) 7:00 p.m. Administration of Oath of Office to Youth City Council 2) Proposed Approval of City Council Meeting Minutes for October 6, November 4, both regular and closed sessions, 2009 3) Utility Relief Request from Jeremy Taylor at 255 South 100 West 4) 7:30 p.m. – Wolverine Gas & Oil – Verification of Original Lease dated 5-22-08 and an Amendment to that Lease. 5) Request to Combine 3 lots Located at 300 South between 100 and 200 West – Rod Taylor 6) Discussion of Right of Way for Gunnison City at 400 West and 100 North 7) Identification of Issues to be Included on Future Agendas 8) Bills and Adjustments 9) Closed Session 10) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-5(1)(a) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (i) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; and (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435) 528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice.
