- Notice is hereby given that the Wellsville City Council will hold a public hearing as part of its regular council meeting on Wednesday, November 4, 2014 at 6:15 p.m. at the City Office at 75 East Main in Wellsville. The council shall receive public input, then consider the recommendation of the planning Commission, then consider for approval a request from Mark and Kathryn Broughton, that the code and the zoning map be amended to rezone their property at 185 East 800 South from RA-1 to R-1-12.
