Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Wellsville City Board of Adjustments will conduct a public hearing as part of its meeting on Tuesday, November 4, 2014 at 6:05 p.m. at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. The board will consider for approval a request from Thomas C. Bunn, agent for Carolee Hammel, that a building on the Southeast portion of the lot at 88 West 500 South be granted a variance to allow the building to be declared a dwelling unit. The code requires a dwelling unit to be a minimum of 30 feet from the back property line and said building is 23 1/2 feet from the back property line.
