Read and approve minutes. 2. Request for Home Business License: Jamie Lindgreen is requesting a home business license at 111 east 300 south. She will be doing nails. 3. Request for a review of the signage ordinance in the R&C-1 Zone ~ Bruce Parker, Planning and Development Services, LLC 4. Review Possible Land Use Amendments ~ Bruce Parker a. Lot Width R2-10 Zone b.
