Request and possible approval for a donation to the Washington County Arts Council – Tonya Jocelyn OLD BUSINESS 7. Consideration and review of protests to the Pecan Valley Addition – Fay Reber 8. Public Hearing Regarding The Intention Of Hurricane City To Designate A Proposed Assessment Area; To Authorize Certain Infrastructure Improvements Consisting Of The Construction Of Sanitary Sewer Improvements, Street Improvements, Water Improvements, Storm Drainage Improvements, Utility Improvements, Street Lighting Improvements, And All Other Miscellaneous Work Necessary To Complete The Improvements In A Proper And Workmanlike Manner; And Related Matters; Dixie Springs East Special Assessment Area 9.
