NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Millville City will hold a meeting on Thursday, November 5th, 2009, in the Millville City Office, at 510 East 300 South in Millville, Utah, 84326, which meeting shall begin promptly at 8:00 p.m. All agenda times are approximate. Review and approval of minutes of meetings of October 1st, 2009 and October 21st, 2009 – 8:02 pm 5. Review and make recommendation to City Council of a minor subdivision, Mathews Estates, consisting of 2 lots, located on Main Street and 450 North, Millville UT 84326 – 8:05 pm 6. Request from Highmark Construction, Mark and Cindy Rechsteiner, for a zoning clearance for a single family residence at 496 North Main Street, Millville, UT 84326 – 8:10 pm 7. Request from Dwight and Honey Lyn Atkinson for a zoning clearance for a single family residence at 395 South 150 East, Millville Meadows Subdivision, Lot #19, Millville, UT 84326 – 8:15 pm 8. Request from Daniel Mathews for a zoning clearance for a home addition at 95 West 200 South, Millville, UT 84326 – 8:20 pm 9. Request from Michael A. Jenson for a zoning clearance for a tractor carport at approximately 100 West and Center Street , Millville, UT 84326 – 8:25 pm 10. Review and make recommendation to City Council of revised Signage Ordinance 2009-03, Chapter 17.44 – 8:40 pm DISCUSSION ITEMS: 13. Notice was posted on November 2nd, 2009, a date not less than 24 hours prior to the date and time of the meeting and remained so posted until after said meeting.
