Description/Agenda: The agenda is as follows : 1. Roll call 2. Opening ceremony 3. Approval of the agenda 4. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 5. Approval of disbursements 6. Citizen input 7. Jayden Hawker-eagle scout project 8. Set time to meet and review the landscaping and surveying done at the entrance to the open space at the end of the cul-de-sac on Pinecrest Circle 9. At 6:30 p.m. conduct a public hearing to receive public input and consider for approval a concept plan for the Murray Creek Subdivision, consisting of a total of 2 lots on property at 88 West 500 South 10. Discuss potential street light for the intersection of 200 West and Highway 89/91 11. Continued discussion of needed City Capital facilities 12. Department reports 13. City Manager/Recorders report 14. At 7:30 p.m. hold an executive session to discuss the possible purchase of real property
