NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Community CUCF Advisory Committee will hold a meeting Friday, October 10, 2014 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, beginning at 1:00 p.m. 1) Update on Construction at CUCF 2) Discuss Proposed Expansion at CUCF and Potential Employees 3) Update on Progress of Possible Contracts with Gunnison Valley Hospital 4) Review CUCF Purchasing Policy in Regards to Supporting Local Businesses 5) Review CUCF Employee Meeting Schedule and City Representation 6) Discuss Volunteerism in Supporting Local Community Events 7) Other Items of Business 8) Schedule Next Quarterly Meeting 9) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-5(1) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (a) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation; and (d) strategy sessions to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, if public discussion of the transaction would: (i) disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property under consideration; or (ii) prevent the public body from completing the transaction on the best possible terms.
