- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular meeting on Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville beginning at 6:05 p.m. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider making a recommendation to the City Council on a request from Mark and Kathryn Broughton that code and the land use map be amended to allow their property at 185 East 800 South to be rezoned from RA-1 to R-1-12.
