PUBLIC NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA Tooele County Planning Commission The Tooele County Planning Commission will hold a Public Meeting/Public Hearing on March 05, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. in the Auditorium at the Tooele County Building, 47 South Main Street, Tooele Utah. PUBLIC MEETING: 1. Roll Call 2. Oath of Office for New Planning Commission Members 3. Approval of meeting minutes from XXXX 4. Recess Public Meeting and Open Public Hearing 5. Public Hearing a REZ-2014-1 Request to rezone approximately 174 acres from Agriculture 20 acre minimum (A-20) to Rural Residential 5 acres minimum (RR-5) Located at approx 1200 E Droubay Road and approx. 1500 E Arrowhead Lane b VAC-2012-02 Request of vacate the public right-of-way interest in the following Class D roads located south of State Road 199, west of the Town of Rush Valley: Valley View Road (tc21231, View Road (tc21232), Sand Road (tc21233 and 21181), Leprechaun Road (tc21235 and 21236), S Serviceberry Road (tc21238), N Serviceberry Road (tc21239), Service berry Road (tc21241), Serviceberry Spring Road (tc21245), ATV and Jeep Road (tc21225). 6.
