The Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing Thursday,
November 12, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Development Department Conference Room at 86 East 100 South (enter on south side) Pleasant Grove, Utah, to consider the following item(s). Work session will be held from 6:00 – 6:30 p.m. at the Community Development Office. Work sessions are public meetings; however, no testimony will be heard and no official actions will be taken on items discussed. Although the public is invited to attend all sessions, public comment is normally accepted only during the regular business session.

ITEM 2 PUBLIC HEARING—CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
(SCRATCH GRAVEL NEIGHBORHOOD)
To consider Mr. and Mrs. Wally Marsden’s request to modify the previous Conditional Use Permit approval for Beehive Homes Elderly Care, to increase the number of beds from eight (8) to ten (10); on property located at 565 East 200 South, in the R1-7 (Single-Family Residential) Zone.
ITEM 3 PUBLIC HEARING—2 LOT COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION
(SAM WHITE’S LANE NEIGHBORHOOD)
To consider Kelly Thueson’s request for a (2) lot commercial subdivision to be called Mayfield North Professional Office Suites Subdivision, vacating lot #7 from Mayfield Subdivision Plat “A,” located at approximately 260 South 2500 West, in the Grove (Mixed Use Sub-district) Zone.
ITEM 4 PUBLIC HEARING—CONDOMINIUM PLAT
(SAM WHITE’S LANE NEIGHBORHOOD)
To consider Kelly Thueson’s request for a Condominium plat to be called Mayfield North Professional Office Suites Phase 1, vacating lot #1 from the Mayfield North Professional Office Suites Subdivision; located at approximately 260 South 2500 West, in the Grove (Mixed Use Sub-district) Zone.
ITEM 5 PUBLIC HEARING—CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
(NORTH FIELDS NEIGHBORHOOD)
Public Hearing; to consider Kent and Robin Hansen’s request for Conditional Use Permit review, to grant a waiver of protest for street right-of-way improvements, for property located at 750 West 1920 North in the RR (Rural Residential) Zone.
ITEM 6 PUBLIC HEARING—SITE PLAN/CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
(STRING TOWN NEIGHBORHOOD)
To consider Madelyn Knudsen’s request for Site Plan/Conditional Use Permit approval for a two (2) phase, four unit multi-family development to be called Knudsen Cove, located at 350 East 600 South, in the RM-7 (Medium Multiple Residential) Zone.
MINUTES: review and approve Minutes and Reports of Action from previous meeting(s).
NOTE: Item(s) noted on the agenda marked with an asterisk (*) require legislative action and may require a public hearing by the Pleasant Grove City Council. The hearing date will be noticed 10 days prior to the Council meeting.
