Box 790 Gunnison, Utah 84634 Phone 528-7696 Fax 528-7958 Notice of Regular Meeting and Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Gunnison City Planning and Zoning Committee will hold their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at the temporary location of Gunnison City Hall, 34 east 100 north, which meeting shall begin at 7:00 p.m. The agenda is as follows: 1. Read and approve minutes. Public Hearing 2. Public comment on proposed amendments to the Gunnison City Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Ordinance as well as a proposed Land Use Ordinances Administrative Manual. A copy of the proposed Land Use Ordinances and Administrative Manual is available for review at the Gunnison City Offices, 34 East 100 North and online at http://gunnisoncity.org 3. Request for combination of lots: Rodney Taylor is requesting the combination of 3 lots located at 300 South between 100 and 200 West. 4. Identification of issues members would like on future agendas.
