Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Wellsville City Board of Adjustments will hold a meeting on Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. The agenda is as follows: 1. Roll call 2. Opening ceremony 3. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 4. At 6:05 conduct a public hearing to receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Dusty Hansen at 178 East 200 South for a variance to allow an addition to his home, with said addition meeting the existing code. Lot is non-conforming since the current code requires 82 1/2 feet of frontage and the lot has 79.765 feet of frontage.
