1. Rich Wolper, representative for Mark 25 LLC, is requesting a rezone, master plan, physcal constraints analysis and density determination on 28 acres. The rezone would be from open space/recreational use to medium density residential. The proposal is for 103 attached townhouse units on the property and is located adjacent and north of the existing Black Rock Ridge development on both sides of Browns Canyon Road in Section 31, Township 1 South, Range 5 East in the JBOZ (Jordanelle Basin Overlay Zone).
2. Steven and Donna Sorenson are requesting a rezone to their 5 acre parcel from P-160 to RA-5. Their property is located at 1144 West Roundy Lane in Section 13, Township 5 South, Range 4 East in the South Hills Planning Area.
3. County initiated Title 16 (Land Use Code) amendments: Section 16.21.16 Outdoor lighting regulations, to clear up some inconsistencies; Section 16.04.02 adding a definition for accessory dwelling unit (attached) and provisions to allow them in RA-1, RA -5, A-20 and P-160 zones, changing the separation requirements for buildings on the same lot in the P-160, A-20,RA-5, Ra-1 and Mountain (M) zones; 16.15.06 adding definitions for various JBOZ land use categories and adding some additional language to the definition of a mixed us development.
Justin Allen is requesting an amendment to Section 16.21.46 of the Land Use Code, to allow for Accessory Dwelling Units ( Guest and Caretaker) in the P-160 zone along with the main house.
4. Robert J Long, representative for WCB Holdings, is requesting a plat amendment to the Jordanelle Ridge Plat A townhouse plat to fix a plat discrepancy regarding ownership of townhouse unit exterior walls and footprints; clarifying ownership of exterior walls and adjusting building footprints to match what has been built so the townhomes and plat reflect each other. The applicant is also requesting the addition of 5 townhouse units that were mistakenly removed from the previous plat amendments. the proposed adjustments require that an amendment to the plat is made. The request is located at approximately 5200 N Oldgate Road in Section 7, Township 3 South, Range 5 East in the NVOZ.
5. Brad Crosby, representative for Deer Vista LLC, is requesting a Plat Amendment to Deer Canyon Preserve Phases 2 and 3 to amend certain lot lines and make minor changed to road and sidewalk alignments and locations. The request is also to change the name of the development to Deer Vista, the proposal is located in Sections 6 & 7, township 2 South, Range 5 East , in the Jordanelle Basin Overlay Zone ( JBOZ).
