2. General Consent Calendar
Be it hereby moved that the following general consent calendar items stand approved:
a. Agenda for the 10 September 2014 City Council Regular Meeting
b. Warrants
c. Minutes of the 11 August 2014 City Council Special Meeting
d. Minutes of the 13 August 2014 City Council Regular Meeting
e. Minutes of the 13 August 2014 City Council Closed Executive Session
f. Jennifer Sweat as the Treasurer for Midway City
3. Swear In New City Treasurer
4. Public Comment – Comments will be Taken on Any Item not Scheduled for a Public Hearing, as Well as on Any Other City Business. Comments are Limited to Two Minutes per Speaker. The Council Cannot Act on Items not Listed on the Agenda, and Therefore, the Council may or may not Respond to Non-Agenda Issues Brought up Under Public Comment. Those Wishing to Comment Should use the Podium, State Their Full Name and Address, Whom They Represent and the Subject Matter to be Addressed. Total Time Allocated to Public Comments will be no More than 10 Minutes.
5. Ordinance 2014-11/General Plan Amendment/Richard Peery Trust (Paul Berg) – Discuss and Possibly Adopt Ordinance 2014-11 Amending the Midway City General Plan to Change the Land Use Map from Business and Manufacturing Park (B&MP) to Residential. The Effected Property is Located in Unincorporated Wasatch County at 600 East Michie Lane. Not Recommended for Approval by the Midway City Planning Commission.
6. Killowen Village, Phase II/Final Approval (Paul Berg) – Discuss and Possibly Grant Final Approval for Phase II of the Killowen Village Subdivision Located at 305 West 500 South (Zoning is R-1-22). Recommended with Conditions by the Midway City Planning Commission
7. Resolution 2014-17/Killowen Village Amended Development Agreement (Paul Berg) – Discuss and Possibly Approve Resolution 2014-17 Adopting an Amended Development Agreement for the Killowen Village Subdivision located at 570 South 250 West
8. Canyon View Road Annexation Petition/Further Consideration (Paul Berg) – Discuss and Possibly Accept for Further Consideration the Petition for the Canyon View Road Annexation Located on the East and West Sides of Canyon View Road (Approximately 1300 North 250 West)
9. 2014 Road/Water Improvements/Change Order – Discuss and Possibly Approve a Change Order, to the 2014 Road/Water Improvements Project, for Road Repairs in Preparation for Surface Treatments
10. Letter Opposing Paving of Road on Memorial Hill – Discuss and Possibly Approve a Letter Opposing the Paving of the Road on Memorial Hill
11. Eric Mecham/Full-Time Employee – Discuss and Possibly Approve Eric Mecham, a Full-Time Seasonal Midway City Employee, as a Full-Time Year Around Employee
12. Financial Report – Receive a Report on the Finances for Midway City
