- The Nibley City Council will hold a public hearing to receive comment concerning a preliminary plat for River Meadows, a 13-lot subdivision located at approximately 3700 South 250 East. The public hearing will be held on Thursday, September 18, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard. The hearing will be held at the Nibley City Offices, 455 West 3200 South.
