NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, October 21, 2009 at the Gunnison City Hall, 34 East 100 North, beginning at 7:00 p.m. 1) 7:00 p.m. 2009 City Audit Report by Auditors, Kimball & Roberts 2) Gunnison Valley Hospital Report 3) Donation Request for Peyton Sorensen’s Eagle Project of Child ID kits - $150 4) Top Stop Gas Leak Litigation 5) Proposed Approval of City Council Meeting Minutes for September 16, 2009 6) Identification of Issues to be Included on Future Agendas 7) Bills and Adjustments 8) Closed Session 9) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-5(1)(a) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (i) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; and (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435) 528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice.
