Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Genola will hold a public meeting at the Genola Public Safety Building located at 455 North Main Street on Thursday, August 28, 2014. The meeting will begin at 7:30 PM. This will be a public meeting where action may be taken on the agenda items.
The agenda for the Council meeting will be as follows:
1. Call to Order
a. Opening Remarks
b. Pledge of Allegiance
2. Administrative Session:
a. Discussion and possible action on a Building Permit Application for Randall Ercanbrack.
b. Discussion and possible action on a subdivision for Max Throckmorton to be located at approximately 249 W Center St.
c. Discussion and possible action on a Building Permit Application for Sid & Ashli Throckmorton to be built in the R-1 Residential Zone at approximately 249 W Center St.
d. Discussion and possible action on a Building Permit Application for Rian and Adrianne mason for a new home to be built on an existing foundation located in the R-1 Agricultural Zone at 1580 N Hillside Dr.
e. Discussion and possible action on a Conditional Use Permit for a dog training business to be located at approximately 158 S 600 E. on land owned by Chad and Toni Black and leased to Russ and Shelly Bishop.
f. Discussion and possible action on amending the proposed Annexation Policy Plan Map.
g.
3. Legislative Session:
a. Discussion with Doug Bardsley about the possibility of his land parcel 32:009:0030 being annexed into Genola, including designating a road to have access to this property.
b. Progress on the General Plan and discuss an agenda for work session with the Town Council.
c. Impact Fee discussion.
d. Approval of the Planning Commission Meeting Minutes from July 17, 2014.
