NORTH SALT LAKE PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE & AGENDA August 26, 2014 6:30 p.m. Notice is given of a public meeting of the North Salt Lake Planning Commission to be held on Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. in the North Salt Lake City Council chambers located at 10 East Center Street. The agenda will be as follows: Welcome and Introduction 1) Public comments 2) Public hearing for and consideration of a plat amendment and conditional use permit for a reduction in the minimum lot size for a portion of Lot 3 of the North Salt Lake Industrial Park Plat A located at approximately 120 North Redwood Road. Mark Alder - Marbek Enterprises, LLC, applicant. (10 minutes) 3) Consideration of a site plan for Legacy Subdivision located at approximately 120 North Redwood Road. Mark Alder - Marbek Enterprises, LLC, applicant. (10 minutes) 4) Consideration of a conditional use permit for Higgins Body & Paint Inc. to be located at approximately 132 North Redwood Road.
