NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Utah Code 17-41-304 that a public hearing will be held on a proposal to create an agricultural protection area that has been filed with the legislative body of Box Elder County, Utah by owners of land in agriculture production.
The public hearing will be held at 5:22 p.m. on the 3rd day of September, 2014, in the Commission Chambers in the Box Elder County Courthouse located at Main and Forest, Brigham City, Utah 84302.
The legal description of the proposed agricultural protection areas, all of which are located in Box Elder County, Utah is as follows:

(There are no proposed modifications to the agricultural protection area.)
The proposal to create the agricultural protection areas have been referred to the Box Elder County Agricultural Protection Area Advisory Board and the Box Elder County Planning Commission, each of which recommended approval of the proposal. The complete text of the reports of the Agricultural Protection Area Advisory Board and the Planning Commission are available for public inspection in the office of the Box Elder County Clerk.
All interested persons may appear at the public hearing and speak in favor or against the proposal, any proposed modifications to the proposal or the recommendation of the Box Elder County Agricultural Protection Area Advisory Board and the Box Elder County Planning Commission.
