Residential Compatibility Overlay Zone
For more than two years, both Millcreek Planning Commission and the Salt Lake County Planning & Development Services Department have received and considered extensive input and commentary form Township citizens, interest groups and the four Township Community Councils through written submission and lengthy hearings. The proposed ordinance would create a Salt Lake County Residential Compatibility Overlay Zone (RCOZ) applicable only to Millcreek Township and would place certain limits on new residential construction and major remodel projects.
