MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville Planning Commission will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, August 19, 2014, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting promptly begins at 7:00 p.m., the agenda is as follows: PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING TUESDAY, AUGUST 19, 2014 - 7:00 P.M. 1. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Discussion/action on extension and plan modification for Town House Estates at 1045 West 1200 South. 4. Public Hearing: on 1200 West possible general plan amendment between 1200 South and 1700 South for commercial area. 5. Discussion/action on 1200 West possible general plan amendment between 1200 South and 1700 South for commercial area. 6. Public Hearing: zoning map amendment for Mulligan’s/Toad’s at 1690 West 400 North from residential and commercial to open space. 7. Discussion/action on zoning map amendment for Mulligan’s/Toad’s at 1690 West 400 North from residential and commercial to open space. 8. Commission and staff follow-up. 9. Adjourn. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND NOTICE The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, hereby certifies that the above notice and agenda was sent via facsimile to the Ogden Standard-Examiner. The notice and agenda was posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website, delivered to the commissioners, and posted in three (3) public places within Marriott-Slaterville City on or about August 14, 2014.
