Description/Agenda: Pursuant to sections 32B-1-202 Utah Code annotated, a public hearing will be held on Wednesday August 20, 2014 at 2:00 p.m., at the Ogden City Municipal Building, located at 2546 Washington Blvd, Ogden Utah, Suite 240; to gather information regarding whether a variance should be granted to Tokyo Station Restaurant located at 2259 S Washington Blvd, Ogden Utah, to obtain a Limited Service Restaurant license. Tokyo Station Restaurant is located within the 600 foot proximity restrictions of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act with regard to The Ogden LDS Temple located at 350 22nd Street, Ogden Utah.
