Box 790 Gunnison, Utah 84634 Phone 528-7696 Fax 528-7958 Notice of Regular Meeting and Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Gunnison City Planning and Zoning Committee will hold their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, August 6, 2014 at Gunnison City Hall, 38 west Center, which meeting shall begin at 6:00 p.m. The agenda is as follows: 1. Read and approve minutes. 2. Public hearing—Lot Combination: Ben and Megan Hill are requesting a lot combination at Approximately 278 West 100 North 3. Request for Conditional Use Permit: Ashlee Squire (Soda City)is requesting a Conditional Use Permit (Drive through/Drive up Facility) at 258 North Main 4. Request for Conditional Use Permit: Lynn Pickett is requesting a Conditional Use Permit (Contractor's Office/Contractor's Storage Yard) at 75 West 200 North 5. Proposed zoning changes on Main Street from 1st North to 1st South. 6. Review of proposed zoning changes 7. Identification of issues members would like on future agendas.
