Box 790 Gunnison, Utah 84634 Phone 528-7696 Fax 528-7958 Notice of Regular Meeting and Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Gunnison City Planning and Zoning Committee will hold a Public Hearing along with their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at Gunnison City Hall, 38 west Center, which meeting shall begin at 6:00 p.m. The agenda is as follows: 1. Read and approve minutes. 2. Conditional Use Permit: Michael Wanner is requesting a conditional use permit at 290 North 100 West. 3. Request for a zoning change: Gunnison City is requesting a zoning change from R-2-10,000 to Commercial (CC-1) at 75 west 200 North, Lynn Pickett's. 4. Request for a zoning change: Gunnison City is requesting a zoning change from R & C-1 to Commercial(CC-1) at 520 South Main, Gunnison Market. 5. Request for a zoning change: Gunnison City is requesting a zoning change from R& C-1 to Commercial (CC-1) at 258 N. Main, Richard Myrup. 6. Lon Pritchard: Mr. Pritchard is requesting information on property at 196 West Center. 7. Identification of issues members would like on future agendas.
