- HARRISVILLE CITY COUNCIL MEETING October 13, 2009 Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Harrisville will hold the regular council meeting on October 13, 2009 at the Harrisville City Hall, 363 W. Independence Blvd. which will begin at 7:00 P.M. The Agenda shall be as follows: Call to Order, Welcome Pledge of Allegiance – Mayor Hendrix Opening Ceremony – Mayor Hendrix CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS: a.Approval of agenda. b.Approval of minutes from Council Meeting held September 22, 2009. AGENDA ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION/ACTION 1.Approval of the Sanitary Sewer Bid Award – Gene Bingham. 2.Discussion and action of Fall Clean-up Program. 3.Discussion and/or approval on election poll workers for the 2009 Municipal General Elections – Wendy Austin. 4.Public Comments. 5.Mayor/Council Follow-up. Adjournment
