- The Nibley Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a request to rezone the property located at 173 W 4000 S from Residential R-1 to Residential R-1A. The public hearing will be held Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as may be heard. The public hearing will be held at 455 West 3200 South (Nibley City Hall).
