Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE The Garland City Council passed ORDINANCE, O-14-03, implementing a program to charge mitigation rates for the deployment of emergency and non-emergency services by the Garland City Fire Department for services provided/rendered. The ordinance was passed and adopted on the 11th day of June 2014.
