Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Wellsville City Council will conduct a public hearing at its regular council meeting on Wednesday, July 16, 2014 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:15 p.m. The purpose of the public hearing is for the consideration of and possible action by the City Council on the appeals by Robert Bolton and Cody Schenk (on behalf of the Heritage Southwest Estates Subdivision Homeowners Association) related to the conditional use permit for the Sardinz All American Travel Plaza (Steve Kyriopoulos) on the Northeast corner of the intersection of 400 North and Highway 89/91.
