NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, October 6, 2009 at the Gunnison City Hall, 34 East 100 North, beginning at 7:00 p.m. 1) 7: 00 p.m. Gunnison Valley Senior Citizens and the new City Hall 2) 7:15 p.m. Proposed Approval of a Home Occupation Business License for Misty Higgins Wedding Cakes at 498 West 100 South 3) 7:30 p.m. Proposed Approval of a Home Occupation Business License for Snap On Tool At 230 West 300 North – Steve Carter 4) 7:45 p.m. Request for Lot Split between 400 and 500 West and between 200 and 300 North - Andy and Dennis Hill 5) 8:00 p.m. Request for a Commercial Business Building Addition for Shelle’s Located at 574 South Main 6) 8:10 p.m. Request for Lot Split at 348 North Valley Drive – Logan Jensen 7) Request for New City Hall Building Permit 8) Proposed Approval of City Council Meeting Minutes for August 19 and September 2, 2009 9) Appointment of November Election Judges 10) Identification of Issues to be Included on Future Agendas 11) Bills and Adjustments 12) Closed Session 13) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order.
