GUNNISON CITY PUBLIC MEETING LAND USE HEARING OFFICER JUNE 18, 2014 COUNCIL CHAMBERS, GUNNISON CITY HALL VARIANCE APPLICATION PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE The Gunnison City Land Use Hearing Officer will conduct a Public Meeting at 5:00PM, Wednesday, June 18, 2014 in the Council Chambers, Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center Street, Gunnison, Utah 84634 for the purpose of receiving information and considering an Application submitted by Mr. Mike Wanner and Mrs. Mekesha Wanner for a Variance from Appendix B – Tables of Development Standards, Minimum Lot Size as well as Minimum Lot Width for property located at approximately 290 North 100 West, Gunnison, Utah.
