- Notice is hereby given that the Wellsville City Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing as part of its regular meeting on Wednesday, June 25, 2014 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville at 6:05 p.m. The commissions shall receive public input and consider for approval a request from Ron and Jennifer Christensen, agents for Apex Design Group and Vonda Lauritzen, for a conditional use to use an existing building at 55 East Main as an office for Apex Design Group. Said property is in the CN, Neighborhood Commercial zone.
