- The agenda is as follows: 1. Roll call 2. Opening ceremony 3. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 4. At 6:00 the board shall conduct a public hearing to receive public input and consider for approval a request from Adam Brandt at 140 East Main to allow the construction of a porch on his home within the required 30 foot front setback requirement.
