- 1. New planning commission members introduction and oath of office. 2. Approval of Planning Commission Meeting Minutes May 14, 2014. 3. Review/ action on a conditional use permit application for a U-haul Rental operation on property located at 428 N. Harrisville Road - Shane Rogers 4. Public Hearing / review / recommend an ordinance to amendment Section 11.10.020 of the Land Use Ordinance relating to home occupation. 5. Public comments: This is an opportunity to address the Planning commission regarding your concerns or ideas on land use issues. Comments are limited to three minutes. The Planning commission cannot take action on any item brought to the planning Commissions’ attention except to instruct staff to place this item on a future agenda. 6. Adjourn
