Box 790 Gunnison, Utah 84634 Phone 528-7696 Fax 528-7958 Notice Public Hearing And Regular Meeting Notice is hereby given that the Gunnison City Planning and Zoning Committee will hold their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, September 30 at the temporary location of Gunnison City Hall, 34 east 100 north, which meeting shall begin at 7:00 p.m. The Public Hearing will include: 1. Request for a lot split: Logan Jensen is requesting a lot split at 348 North Valley Drive. 2. Request for a lot split: Andy and Dennis Hill are requesting a lot split on their property located between 400 west and 500 west and between 2nd and 3rd North. End of Public Hearing 3. Request for a home business license: Misty Higgins is requesting a home business license at 498 west 100 south for a cake decorating business. 4. Request for a home business license: Steve Carter is requesting a home business license at 230 west 300 north to be Snap On tool salesman. 5. Gunnison City: Mayor Scott Hermansen will be presenting building plans for the new city building that will be located at 38 west Center Street. 6. Request for an addition: Shelle Christiansen is requesting permission for an addition to her business located at 574 South Main. 7. Read and approve minutes. 8.
