AGENDA HYRUM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE HYRUM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION TO BE HELD AT THE CIVIC CENTER, 83 WEST MAIN, HYRUM, UTAH AT 6:30 P.M., THURSDAY, JUNE 12, 2014. THE PROPOSED AGENDA IS AS FOLLOWS: 1. ROLL CALL 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 3. INVOCATION 4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES A. MAY 8, 2014 5. AGENDA APPROVAL 6. PUBLIC HEARINGS: A. To receive public comment regarding proposed amendments to Title 17 (the Zoning Ordinance) of the Hyrum City Municipal Code to add Chapter 17.90 Wind Energy Conversion Systems and Regulations; to amend R-1, R-2, R-A, C-1, & C-2 zones to reduce the side yard requirements on corner lots from 30 feet to 25 feet; to allow Commercial Storage Units in the C-2 Zone; to amend the dumpster enclosure requirements in C-1, C-2, M-1, and M-2 zones; and to amend the use of trailers, campers and RV’s on residential lots by reducing the occupancy from 90 days to 30 days with the option of two 30 day renewals by permit. B. To receive public comment regarding a proposal for Mt. Sterling Farms Planned Unit Development located at approximately 675 West 100 North, consisting of 95 residential single family lots on 33.73 acres with lot sizes ranging from 24,829 square feet to 6,969 square feet. 7. SCHEDULED DELEGATIONS: A. Jodee Mauchley – To request approval of a two-lot mini-subdivision at 345 East Main, Hyrum. B. Roy Jones, Jones Enterprises Utah LLC - To request site plan approval for a Fiberglass manufacturing business at 1750 East Anvil Road, Hyrum. C. Trent Cragun, Lifestyle Homes - To request concept plan approval for Mt Sterling Farms a 95 lot residential PUD, at approximately 675 East 100 North, Hyrum. 8. OTHER BUSINESS: A. Discussion and consideration of the approval of Title 17 code changes presented at Public Hearing. B. Discussion and review of General Plan.
